How do we use your data?
- Where you are a health care professional interested in using Ultherapy in your practice:
When you contact us via our contact us page or you raise an enquiry with your account manager, we will collect your name, email address and postcode. We do this under our legitimate interest to respond to your query quickly and efficiently.
We may also process this information to take steps to enter into a contract with you to provide you with Ultherapy for your practice. We may also process additional personal data you provide to us as part of our discussions with you including where you call or email us directly.
- When you receive our news updates including to find out when Ultherapy is in your area:
We will handle your personal information (such as your name and email address) to provide you with our news updates in line with any preferences you have told us about.
When we send you our news updates because you have opted-in to receive them, we rely on your consent to contact you. If you have not opted-in and we send you our news updates emails, we do this because of our legitimate interest to promote our business.
